It starts with preparing your body to burn fat naturally, by choosing nourishing foods to eat and creating a custom plan that you are happy to eat. Then we tackle how to manage your desire for food. I teach you how I lost 30 pounds and was able to keep it off by managing my thoughts around cravings. This a powerful practice that helps you experience complete freedom around food. Finally we work through the emotional reasons behind overeating. We all have them. Whether it is relationships, work, parenting, or just plain desire to eat, we will get to the root of why you overeat. I will teach you the skill of how to coach yourself, so you can always handle your emotional life. After 6 weeks your body will be primed to burn fat naturally, you will know how to deal with urges, and have the skill to coach yourself through emotional issues. Wouldn't that be amazing?
