How Private Coaching Works
Sign-up for private coaching and schedule a 30-minute time that works for your first session.
Together we decide on your goal and create a road map for success. Your coach provides accountability and support every step of the way.
Through 12 weekly, 30 minute calls we evaluate progress, obstacles and where you might be getting stuck.
Molly will give you individualized tools to help you take your work deeper. She provides extra worksheets to help you reflect and overcome your unique struggles. Through private communication she will give feedback and supplemental resources when needed.
ABOUT YOUR COACH
Molly is a certified life and weight coach who lost over 35 pounds and changed her relationship with alcohol. As a professionally trained chef and sommelier she overcame her struggle with overeating and overdrinking and has coached hundreds of other people to achieve similar results. She has holds a BA from Swarthmore College and a MA from Johns Hopkins University along with the Grande Diploma in cuisine and patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, London.
