About Molly Zemek

A lifelong food lover and professionally-trained chef, I struggled for decades with overeating my favorite foods. I tried just about every quick-fix diet out there, but never could stick with weight loss for very long before running back to my old friend, food.  I wished someone would wave a magic wand, and I'd wake up one day in my dream body.

When I turned 40, I was a stay-at-home mom of 3 young children, and felt my worst. Miraculously, I discovered life coaching at that time, and realized food and alcohol were not the source of my problem. I started listening to my body and exploring the root reasons behind the overeating. I knew I deserved to feel better, and I wanted to show up better for my family. Over the course of a year I lost 40 pounds, stopped drinking every night, and radically changed my life.

I started my coaching business 6 years ago to teach other food lovers the way to freedom around food, and that it's possible to be at your ideal weight without deprivation. Working 1-1 with clients, I refined the same method I used to lose my own weight and address the emotional reasons behind overeating and over drinking. Now I am an award-winning author and host of one of the top-ranked podcasts in Health and Wellness "Weight Loss for Food Lovers." Collectively I have helped people of all backgrounds lose over 15,000 pounds and achieved what they never thought possible.
